Welcome to The Cockade City, This is one of the many names Petersburg is known as. Many people have recently discovered one of Virginia's best kept secrets. It's a combination of many diferent periods of time in US history, don't just visit spend time here and sample all it has to offer. Once you do you will understand why so many people from distant places within the US are settling in this wonderfull place.

What We Do

My wife and I moved our business to Petersburg in1988 from Northern New Jersey, over the years we have taken a special interest in the city. In 1993 Petersburg was hit by a large tornato that devastated a large portion of the down town, known as Old Towne. It took many years to over come this tragety. Beth and I have decided to help with the revitalization and purchase some of the beautiful  buildings anound the city. We will be renovating several building within the next couple of years.This will enable us to offer really nice unique living spaces for people that would like to spend time in this wonderfull location.
