Our Business

 Cockade City LLC was started by a desire to help revitalize one of the nation’s most historic cities. After doing our first restoration we caught the bug and decided to do more. Our personal enjoyment of quality products makes it hard for us to use anything less in the buildings we renovate. We continue to maintain the properties using the best available products allowed by The Department of Historic Resources and the local ARB. 

 Welcome to the CockadeCity, this is one of the many names Petersburg is known as. Many people have recently discovered one of Virginia's best kept secrets. It's a combination of many different periods of time in the US history, don't just visit spend time here and sample all it has to offer. Once you do you will understand why so many people from distant places within the US are settling in this wonderful place.
